Debbie Bell, Health Education Coordinator
I have been with the Franklin County Health Department for 17 years serving the community where I live, work, play and pray.  My educational background is in dietetics and diabetes prevention/management.  

It has been a privilege to be able to inform, educate and empower individuals on issues that affect their health.     

I maintain RD, LD, CDE, MLDE Certifications and Licensures
      

  Jennifer Robinson, Health Educator II

I am a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science, as well as Morehead State University with a Master Degree in Wellness Promotion. I am grateful that I am able to share my education, knowledge, and skills in order to promote health and wellness in my hometown.

My health education interest areas include: Adult and Child Wellness, Diabetes, Falls Prevention, Physical Activity, Older Adult Aging and Wellness, Smoking Cessation, and Youth Health Education.



 

Ina Ponder, Health Educator II
My educational background is Emergency Medicine, along with a B.S. degree in Public Health/Community Health and Emergency Response/Disaster Management from East Tennessee State University and Masters in Youth, Family and Community Sciences from North Carolina State University.  GO WOLFPACK!!  

I maintain a CFCS Certification

My Health Education Passion Areas: Youth Education, Emergency Preparedness, Local Foods, Agriculture Education, Disease Prevention/Health Promotion, Consumer Education, Family Life Promotion and Physical Activity.
